From now on we can also offer you the following service: PERSONAL TRAINING
We were often asked by athletes, either competitive or recreational, to develop personalized training schedules and provide a follow-up. We can now answer your questions and fulfill your wish for personal training. We offer you 2 different packages that can help you with the improvement and/or finetuning of your condition or performance state.

Small Package
 

You will receive a personal training schedule for a period of 3 months. After a maximal exercise test the individual results will be discussed taking into account your personal goals. An individual schedule will be developed and sent to you by e-mail. The personal coach will contact you by phone to discuss your schedule.
Small Package

  • 1 maximal incremental exercise test
  • 1 personalized training schedule for a period of 3 months

Big Package

This package includes an intensive personal training period for 6 months. This package consists of 2 maximal exercise tests and 3 individual training schedules. After a maximal exercise test the individual results will be discussed taking into account your personal goals. An individual schedule will be developed and a weekly training diary will be sent to you by e-mail. You have to fill out a series of training parameters for each training into the weekly training diary and you will sent this to us every month. We use this file to adapt your individual personalized training schedule throughout those 6 months.
